Speaking Engagements
Venus De Milo, Marilyn Monroe, J-Lo.
Different women. Different looks. All beautiful today. All beautiful in their time.
The subject of women and beauty, society's perception of beauty and aging is an important subject for women and yes, even men, today.
I am a New York City-based plastic surgeon with expertise in cosmetic surgery, available for lectures, discussions or events. I have discussed these subjects on Charlie Rose, Dateline and the Today Show, and was the only New York City-based plastic surgeon to appear on the ABC series Extreme Makeover.
My recent book, The Beauty Quotient Formula (Hay House, 2010) offers sound advice about achieving inner and outer beauty without cosmetic surgery.
While physical traits do play a role in beauty, I demonstrate that the traits, which make women truly attractive-- are based largely on confidence, charisma, personality, and a solid beauty routine, rather than surgery.
I have lectured throughout the nation and Europe about women and beauty and my articles have appeared in Oprah.com, Huffington Post and many other venues. As you would imagine, most women are very interested in all aspects of plastic surgery, though the book promotes health and well being without surgery.
My wife Valerie, a former Ford model and contributor to the style and hair and makeup sections of the book, participates in these discussions with me, offering appreciated advice and tips about skin care, hair, makeup and clothing. We are an engaging, provocative and entertaining team.
